We believe deeply in all of these values, and they are part of everything we do - from the places where we source ingredients, to the way we treat our employees and our customers. We are all in this together, and knowing that brings respect to everything we do. Delicacies Gourmet began over thirty years ago in the heart of historical Roslyn Village. Since the beginning, our store was very popular because of it's location on the famous Roslyn Duck Pond along with our dedication to freshness and service. Everyday we strive to offer a diverse menu of high quality foods and premier services to the residential and commercial communities in Roslyn and it's surrounding towns.

Our Mission: There are many ways to measure the success of a business. At Delicacies Gourmet we believe our success is based on the relationships we share with our customers for over thirty years. Understanding what a customer wants allows us to constantly make improvements to our menu, service and the store. That is why we have a tremendous selection of foods and products so our customers can have all the choices they want and need.

Our Improvements

Some of our improvements include:

  • A chopped salad station with over forty selections of vegetables, 4 different types of lettuce and over 30 toppings
  • Our Organic Juice bar is a healthy customer favorite ~ We have Acai bowls, Signature Smoothies, Pitaya, Fresh Pressed Juices and Poke Bowls too!
  • A larger steamtable for hot breakfast, hot lunches
  • Freshly baked bagels with all of your favorite spreads or better yet...we have the freshest Nova Scotia Salmon
  • Several grills such as a charbroiler have been added to make our famous Grilled Chicken and 1/2lb Burgers taste even better and faster!
  • A custom made Salad & Meat Display case which displays over 20 of our homemade salads and a full line of Boar's Head Provisions
  • We added 2 Panini Presses so all of our panini sandwiches that we make are hot delicious, crispy and fast!
  • In a hurry? We installed a new 20 foot "Quick To Go Case" for some fresh "Grab and Go" salads, sandwiches, fruits, cheeses and assorted desserts
  • We have Homemade Iced Tea's and 6 flavored Iced Coffees ~ We have been told for over 30 years that our gourmet hot & iced coffees "are the best"
  • Homemade Muffins ~ Freshly made danish~ Hot Oatmeal ~ Premade Breakfast Sandwiches and specials are made every morning and by the way we serve hot and cold breakfast all day long.
